Dose Range
To maintain daily nasal hygiene and comfort, spray 1-2 times in each nostril. This procedure can be repeated several times a day for as long as needed.
To treat a dry and irritated nose caused by changed climatic conditions, such as extreme dryness in air-conditioned areas, or air pollution, or from sudden changes of temperature and air quality (e.g.while travelling), spray 3-4 times in each nostril as often as necessary.

Aqua Maris Strong naturally unblocks nasal cavities. With its high concentration of salt, the hypertonic solution extracts surplus fluid from the nasal mucosa by osmosis, which reduces the swelling of the mucosa and improves breathing through the nose.
